Trithon Beater Bar of 15 kg is intended for women, as it has a narrower grip of 25 mm and a length of 201 cm.

The barbell is of chrome and with oil-lubricated bearings that slide easily and effortlessly so you can use the bar for lifting where you have to twist the wrist easily, for instance in the lift from the ground to head.

The bar has 50 mm collars that fit standard bumper plates and fitness weight plates and has markings on the handle so you can place your hands in the right places during bench press and similar lifting.
