Terms and conditions when buying atTrithon Sport



To make a purchase on www.trithon.dk you need to go through a few steps.

Find the products you want, add them in the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
Enter the delivery information we need from you in order to send the products
Select shipping / payment method.
Accept our terms of trade.
Make sure all information is correct once again before you approve the purchase



All prices on the website and in the store are given including Danish VAT.
If you are purchasing within EU and youre a registered firm (we need your company no.) we will send you a confirmation without VAT.
When using your creditcard on www.trithon.dk you are always protected against abuse. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which guarantees you against unauthorized access to your card.

In connection with the acquisition, all data is encrypted (SSL). It is only the creditcard company that can read your card information. Neither Trithon sports or others have access to your payment information.<p >The amount of your purchase deducted only when your order is shipped from us. You will receive an email when your package is sent, and it is impossible to draw an amount that is greater than what you accepted at time of purchase.

We accept the following payment options: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, bank transfer, EAN payments


EAN payments: We have the opportunity to do business with government agencies via EAN payments. You fill rekvirant / EAN number in the fields and select a payment method EAN.

Bank transfer Note: Using bank transfer, we will send the products when payment is received in our account.

Shipping rates vary between 39-55 kr in Denmark and starting from 80 kr when shipping to rest of europe:

If you choose to get a delivery to your door step en Denmark it cost 55 kr.

If you buy goods worth more than 950 kr, we pay the freight - as long as the total weight of under 20 kg and delivery is in Denmark. These items are delivered by GLS to the nearest package store or your workplace. Note that it is the products total price that determine the free shipping.

Trithon Sports use PostDanmark, GLS and SwipBox supplier. By PostDanmark with and without delivery, the delivery time is usually only 1 day, while the other vendors have a delivery time of 2 days. For safety's sake, we promise a delivery time of our orders from 1-4 days - it's better to be surprised than disappointed if you receive your order faster than you would expect.

Delivery in rest of Europe usually takes 4-6 days and will be delivered by Fedex and DHL.

On orders above 20 kg, we use shipping companies. The delivery time in this case will usually be between 2 and 4 days. It is important that you are home at the time of delivery when using these companies - Alternatively, make a note that we can deliver the package at your place without you being home. You will be liable for theft if the package is delivered without you at home, and neither us or the shipping comany can be held liable if that option is taken. You will receive an email where there is a delivery note attached.


You have the right to cancel your purchas and return the product to us within 14 days of purchase. For products purchased in the month of December you will be refunded up until 31 January. You can deliver the goods personally in our store, or send it to the store. You must pay for shipping if you choose to send the order back to us. We do not receive goods sent by cash on delivery. The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.


There is a 24 month warranty on products purchased from Trithon Sport for sales to private persons and 12 months for sales to businesses. If the item is broken during this time you can get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the situation. It is a requirement that the defect row caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
